Q. What are the most common side effects I may experience following a peel procedure?
A. The most common side effects from peel procedures are mild tingling, redness and in extreme cases painless peeling of the skin. Often however, no side effects are experienced at all. |

Q. Am I able to apply makeup after a peel procedure?
A. Makeup can be applied the same day, however there are exceptions. It is NOT reccommended to apply makeup over an open lesion. |

Q. Do I need to use any products before starting a peel procedure?
A. To achieve the best results we reccommend that you use Ultraceuticals Even Skin Tone Serum for 2 weeks prior to the peel.
What is Ultraceuticals Even Skin Tone Serum?
This product contains 2% Salicylic acid which helps exfoliate and reduce surface oil. It lightens the skin and helps the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. |

Q. Can I exfoliate in the week after having a peel?
A. Avoid using scrubs alltogether for 2 weeks, as your skin has had enough exfoliation for this period of time. After 2 weeks you can return to using your exfoliant. |
